Welcome to PCOS Health. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them thoughtfully.

1. Eligibility

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

3. AI Features & Limitations

Our AI assistant provides health recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI recommendations are not medical advice
  • AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
  • You should verify suggestions with healthcare professionals
  • AI features may be updated or modified at any time

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
  • Refunds are handled per Apple or Google policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
  • Reverse engineer any part of the app
  • Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PCOS Health are our exclusive property and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may suspend access at any time. You may delete your account through the app settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
